To Whom It May Concern,

Many times I have tried to talk to someone with regards to my debit order this month and no one can get back to me.

I got a message that my debit order did not go through but when I logged on to the net to check and see whats going on It did go through I sent proof of payment for my policy from my bank statements for April month I even did a screen shot and sent it through.

But no response and its the 8th of April...
