Wrong deduction from bank account

I have a debit order for my monthly cellphone contract (fixed amount of R 258.50) On 2 April 2013 my debit order went off and then on 3 April 2013 another amount off R 258.50 were debited (I don't know why because there were sufficient funds on the first deduction) During the month of April they tried to deduct R 517 on 15 April, 20 April and 25 April and on 30 April the debit order went through of R 517 BUT... I was not in array of my payments and I confirmed it with my bank. When I went to 8ta to complain they said the problem was during Nov 2012. I went to the bank and together with the bank assistant we went through all my statement since Nov 2012 and found NO paying problems. I went back to 8ta and the staff was not help full at all. I have been waiting six days already for a response. PLEASE help.
