I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 4th of April 2013 at 18:58 requiring my debit order day to be changed to the the 27th of every month. But then on the 21st of April 2013 I received an sms reminder that my debit order will be on the 25th of April 2013. When I call on the 22nd of April 2013 I get told that they never received the email and that their system might have been down (Why were clients not informed if the systems were down?). The agent told me they will change the dibit order day to the 27th but it will only be effective the following month (May) as the debit order for April has already been sent off. I am totally unhappy with this as I had sent written communication in time and now I have to arrange that the debit order will be honoured on the 25th of April 2013.
