I have a credit card outstanding, and I asked SONTO in APRIL to please put a debit order on my account, she asked me to make a manual payment for the month of April and there after she will put the debit order on. She didn't do as requested and then said I'm lying about the APRIL payment after I said I have the proof and can forward that to her. She's rude and disrespectful and I'm very upset about this! I will not attend to her demands until I've spoken to someone else.
