Debit order without my permission

Good day. Last month I noticed that on the 5th of April, Standard Bank posted my statements and debited R10 off my account. I then requested via email that this transaction be canceled. This month (6th of May) the debit order has again come off. I didn't request or authorise this, so what gives you the right to debit my account without my permission? The reason why I registered for internet banking in the first place is to avoid this very expense. Not only would I like this debit order to be canceled, I would also like to be refunded the amounts for April and now May
