Insurance good and proper? NOT AT ALL!

I had an accident in January. Today, all the way on the 8th of April, is the day that Santam managed to schedule to get my car fixed. At long last. It's been so long that the vehicle does not even start anymore, and hence arrangement for towing had to be made. Except it wasn't. Thanks for PATHETIC service, Santam. Perhaps it's time to change that "good and proper" tagline in your adverts.
