I CJ Bier, took out a contract with Virgin Active for my family. The contract was just for a year. A month before the contract expired, I decided that I will make sure the contract is cancel I send them a email to cancel the contract. Well the debit order kept on going of because they never told me to cancel the debit order at Virging Active. So from July 2013, the debit order keep going of my FNB acc. Now they need my banking statements to show them that the payments did went of. I did send them the sms that I received from FNB, but they want the statements. Unfortunately I've lost it with the guy. All I want is for them to be honest, and pay my 6 months money back.
Now they want to apologies, for their mistake, . All I want to know, if I didn't check my statements, how much money will they took from my acc. How many people doesn't even check their statements. They earn money for nothing, that's a very easy way to make money, or what.
