Worst service received

I have a Buss Acc that I opened about 16 months ago with FNB. My turnover for the Financial year that went through the acc is about R 2 500 000.

My suppliers pay me around the 6th of the month and have been doing so always

I applied for a small overdraft of R 20000 to cover debit orders month end to be covered untill suppliers paid. First time declined because I dont use my Personal Acc and will be approved when I do so.

So started to pay money in the private cheque account as requested. Then applied again for small overdraft after 6 months and was declined because I dont own property

Whats next? Maybe I need to own a country to get a small overdraft and yesterday they reversed 3 debit orders of R 12 000 after R R 90 000 was paid by suppliers from Nedbank so did not reflect same time

And also applied for a Homeloan of R 1.9 for a property worth about R 2.6 as buying direct from owner and was just declined upfront by system (And I do have a PEERFECT credit record) and good scoring as I do check my ITC and Experian weekly
So what do they want? For me to walk on water to get assisted?
Might as well change accounts to different bank that want to have my business???
