Home loan declined

I applied for a home loan with FNB in Aug 2012 and FNB took years to give me a response. I have raised that issue here and they have responded and told me that my credit record is not good. It took me 6 months to get my credit right as I want to have a house. I have applied again on the May 2013, FNB checked my profile 5 times with ITC for 1 application. It took 4 days before I was told that my application has been declined, no one called me to let me know that I have been declined until I wrote an email t on the 10th May, the respond that I have got from the premium banker was decline because of irregular conduct on my FNB n ABSA accounts. I had 6 debit orders returned on my FNB Cheque account in the past 12 months
My salary was paid on the 25th every month and my debit orders were suppose to run during that time and some other months my salary was paid after the 25th as per my bank statement. I have raised that with all the relevant companies to debit my account on the last day of every and that was fixed. FNB still bills me for the Ipad on the same date even though my salary is not paid on the 25th. Does someone's fault makes me a bad client? I am leaving FNB.
