Overdraft declined due Bluebean recorded bad paye

I applied for an overdraft Feb-Mar 2013 was declined because Bluebean put me as a bad payer on the system and I have requested them to change my billing date in Sep 2012 but this did not happen. I explained that to the lady that assisted me in Cresta branch and she advised me that there is nothing she can do I'll have to resolve with Bluebean. I requested in Feb-Mar 2013 for bluebean to resolve this, change my billing date and rectify my records as I am not a bad payer nor a slow payer I pay /- R3000-R5000 into my bluebean on a monthly basis. I then phoned bluebean again the 22/08/2013 just to find out that nothing happened on my account they did not change my billing date nor did they resolve my credit records. I applied online for an overdraft on the 26.08.2013 was declined again today the 28.08.2013 due to bluebean not resolving my issue and removing there record. I have decided that if this is not resolved by next week the 03.09.2013 I will have to close my accounts with Standard bank and take my business somewhere else. I only needed the overdraft for /- 4 months due to the fact that we are going overseas and also to close my bluebean account as I have suffer for to long
