"How can we help you? " I think not be warned!!

2 Years ago i opened a business account with FNB Hyde Park for one of my companies trading in goods & services (namely I.T) I was wowed by the product offering & benefits of FNB described by who was to become my relationship manager Shanaaz, after 3 months I applied for an overdraft it was declined due to the account not being open long enough, the same excuse after 6 months as well as after Year 1 & R800k generated. last month after R1.1 million generated since February (and R2 million in total) i reapplied (i applied for R50 000 overdraft) it was declined and when i was asked to motivate it again (with financials) it was declined again due to my reasons for an overdraft being deemed irrelevant by FNB.
Ive spent over R9000 in banking fees this year alone and find this situation totally ridiculous, im having to finance a healthy R1 million a year small business from my personal finances, my banker has never called me in 2 years as even a courtesy, ive spoken to her 3 times in that time and been unable to contact her/see her at least 9 times in this time often being referred to other branches. im looking at changing my banking as i feel this has been 2 wasted years
