I received a call from a courier company stating that they have my new credit card (since mine is expiring) and they will be delivering to my work address. I asked if they could deliver to my bank which they could not since they are an independant supplier. When I receieved my card I receieved no sms notification or instruction on how to activate my new card with a new pin. I tried to use it in store and to my horror it works with my old cards pin. Meaning this independant company has access to my credit card number, my id number and worse of all my cards pin code. When I went to the bank the day after to report this I was told by Annah that she will log a complaint for them not to do it again when my card is re-newed but the bank cannot comment since they were not liable.??? No wonder there is so much credit card with actions and attitudes like this.
