No New Cards signed for but Billed for Card Fees

I had a credit card with FNB & I have communicated the intention not to renew the Credit Card for the next Three Years. The FNB Card division has added R550 worth of Ebucks card, Petrol Card and Credit Card Charges on the Credit account which have not been signed as accepted by me the Customer. I have been paying the Account to clear it off with the interest and need not need a renewal of the Credit Card FNB wish me to sign for.

The consumer Credit act stipulates that consumers must sign for services and as I have not signed for the renewal credit cards why am I charged for these card fees.
