2 NEW CREDIT CARDS IN 3 MONTHS?

My credit card expired at the end of February 2013 where before the expiry date ABSA sent me a new credit card to the post office. (nobody checked with me where I wanted to collect my card.) Now, 3 months after I eventually got my new credit card I get a sms stating that I have been upgraded to a silver credit card and that my credit card is again on its way to the post office! Really? No one ever thought of checking with me to find out if I wanted to be upgraded? or where I wanted to collect my card? or didn't you think maybe to upgrade me before I had to get a new card on expiry date? Once again I have to travel to a post office out of my way and guess what, They only accept my ID, which by the way was during a mugging incident a week ago! I would like to know what is Absa going to do about this? 2 card in less than 3 months, no ID, just a valid drivers license... and by the way, who is going to pay for these cards that you just seem to send off?
