Absa Private Bank Poor Service

I've been trying to cancel our home owners insurance with Absa Private Bank for 6 months now as we are getting the same insurance at Discovery at 20% of the premium Absa is offering. Our cancellation was sent to them on 18 October 2012, I've e-mailed 60 (!!!) times and phoned on numerous occasions, but still our very expensive Private Banker cannot get this insurance cancelled??? We've made the amendments Absa required to our insurance (due to Discovery's wonderful and helpful personnel). We've been paying Discovery and Absa for 5 months now due to Absa's inability to do their jobs. Absa Private Bank - you are just a more expensive provider of bad service.
