FNB Smart Phone Orders

On the 29th April, Went online to order the Samsung S4 through the FNB Smart Device offers they have. Order was processed and received a SMS on the 2nd May saying my device had been sent to the courier for delivery.

Contacted the Courier on the 6th May to find out the status of the order, they had no record of my order. Contacted FNB, they had no answers for me and told me a someone would contact me in 24-48hrs. The 48hrs passed with no response. Contacted them again on 9th. Complaint was lodged internally with FNB.

Received an SMS on the 9th May, My order had been processed but there was no stock. I must now wait.

This is ridiculous. I will now have to wait weeks for the back orders to go through. I placed the order as soon as the phone came onto the market to avoid this delay.

Very disappointed with FNB. The service does not meet the expectations of your advertising campaigns.
