Serious inconvenience

I have actually experienced three problems with my card application.

First the call centre asked for documents over and over. This extended the process unnecessary.

Then they hired the worst courier service ever to deliver the cards. As the call was recorded, it would be easy to listen to the conversation where I could not have made it any clearer as to the importance of the delivery date. They could not give me an estimate delivery time so I have lost a days work sitting waiting for them to only get an sms after 16:00 saying they will deliver the next day. As per my clear instruction, i will be 700km away the next day on holiday. After returning from holiday they arranged with my wife for delivery between 9:00 and 10:00. after not arriving on time, my wife phoned them to find out whats going on. They promised to phone back which still did not happened after 45 minutes. my wife phoned again. they claimed that they could not get hold of the courier delivering the parcel. my wife insisted on his number. Guess what, he answered first time. he gave her a time and arrived within 5 minutes of his promised time.

After all this, Discovery forgot one card. NIGHTMARE ALL OVER!!!
