I cancelled my debit order with African Bank because they have no CLUE that the amounts they draw from my account are INCORRECT. I pay them via EFT every month because of this.
After many months of them not drawing the debit order after I complained time and time again, they once again decided to launch an unauthorised debit order from my acount this month for R750!!! Where do they all of a sudden decide I owe them this money???
In my eyes it is plain simple unadulterated. I am so sick and tired of trying to sort this out with their untrained, illiterate, rude, staff. It is a crime to think these people can just draw money from your account when they feel like it. I AM ON THE POINT OF MAKING A CASE OF AND / OR against them. I am sick and tired of some people who think they can our money to suit their needs to stay afloat. This is the only reason I think why they do this.
