African bank took a double debit order this morning, first @ 07:05 then @ 07:10. My wife had to drive all the way to the branch! These teller people are never helpful, just push a phone into your hand - I had to phone collections dept, Jeffrey said this double debit order could not be reversed & advised me to draw the money again from my African Bank credit card & make the deposit back into my personal cheque account! What the? So I supposately have to carry the banking fees. and all of a sudden he changed my debit order date to the 2nd due to the fact that the 1st will fall on a Sunday. This was your fault and I want my money as well as the banking fees back in my account. This is uuacceptable! I'm going to close this account and never deal with african bank again!
