Incorrect Billing! Again!

I don't understand who gave African Bank the authorisation to change my debit order. All this time I was paying R800, now they have debited my account at almost double the amount with R1500. Please refund me my money back. This is the 3rd time African Bank has messed with my accounts since November. Im sick and tired and its about time the Ombudsman gets a letter from me. Refund me my money
