How dare you still go on

Just received a sms from african bank - current status blacklisted. how dare you!!!
how many times must i still infom you that i am under debt counselling. and to try and blackmail me by telling me i am now blacklisted.
you have no right and i am going to the NCR with this matter now
so dont phone me, i wont change my mind
