No authority to debit

Every month before my pay date of the 27th African Bank debits my account. This is the 2nd month in a row. Understandably I owe this company money but to track my account is not the agreement I made. I am so sick and tired of this as the two debit orders of this month was the last money which I had in my account and was intended for my son's needs not yours. I am by the point where I need to go and dispute the debit orders every month which is an inconvenience and hassle on my side. Who gives you the right to debit my account before our agreed upon date and is it even legal? I am sure the ombudsman would love to here about this among other complaints I have against this company.

I would like this to be resolved ASAP and want my money back. You may take your debit order when it is due to you and not before. I have no other choice but to change my banking details and pay you manually every month as you cannot be trusted with confidential information.
