I think FNB's technology has lost them control of customers. I have been trying to set up credit card payments for my small business to collect subscription fees. On FNB's website they call these payments MOTO payments. I have tried their online registration - it does not work you only arrive at a blank page. I have tried the email service that lands up at the wrong department. I have tried the call center who will always get somebody to call you back. which never happens. I visited their stall at the small business exhibition where they promised they will get somebody to contact me. I went to my Branch Manager who got Merchant Services to actually call me to make an appointment. I explained to them what I wanted and the representative had no clue what I was talking about and left the office with - you guess right - a promise to get somebody to contact me. That was more than a week ago. It is unbelievable that a bank has nobody that actually knows their own services and you simply cannot speak to a person who can help you. I hear that my branch actually has a small business manager/contact person/something. Like I said I heard this rumor.
