We bought a business and wanted to open a business account with fnb because our other account and homeloan are with them. Made an appointment but when we got there we had to wait for 2.5 Hours. Took them more than week to open. Wanted to ge a credit card machine but still waiting for them to contact us 4 months later. Small but very busy branch but they sometimes only have one cashier. It is not always possible for everyone to wait for more than hour for service. Have been a client of FNB for years but the Postmasburg branch is the one with the worst service i have ever seen. Going to move all my business somewhere else not that they would mind at all. And dont try to make appointment with manager never available.
