I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE ON TUESDAY TO ASK THAT THEY REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER IN MY ACCOUNT, I WAS HELPED BY SOME GUY, HE TOOK ALL MY DETAILS AND ADVISED THE DEBIT ORDER WAS SUCCSEFULLY REVERSED AND THE MONEY WAS GOING TO BE AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24HOURS, AFTER 24HOURS WHEN I CALL TODAY I WAS HELPED BY FELICIA WHO ADVISED THAT IT WAS NEVER DONE AND SHE CANT PICK UP THE PERSON WHO WAS IN MY ACCOUNT AS THE SYSTEM WONT REMEMBER BECAUSE THAT PERSON NEVER WROTE NOTES, THIS IS POOR SERVICE FROM I BANK THAT SOMEONE TRUST, I HOPE WITH FELICIA HEPING ME, THIS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL, HOW CAN SUCH A BIG BANK TRACE THIS??? THIS IS SHOCKING
