Unknown debit order not reversed

On 26/07/2013 I noticed debit orders of R99.99 ea. on my statement for 28 June & 31 May. I called customer care and spoke to Mmanoko (Ref no: 40238164) who only reversed the debit order of 28 June. She said the other debit order is over 30 days & I should reverse it at the bank at a fee of R170.00. I enquired why I should pay for a debit order I don't know & never signed for, she advised that I can waive the fee at the bank. On 31 June another debit order of R99.99 went off. Today, 14 Aug I went to Pretoria branch near Sammy Marks to reverse the latest transaction & that of May and was assisted by Modiehi Mphafi. I explained my story to her & she was initially not keen on assisting me with the reversals, citing that she was not there when I made the debts. She was rude and. She said there is no such a thing as waiving the R170.00 fee. So who is lying, Mmanoko or Modiehi? She eventually reversed the latest transaction, reluctently so. I asked her to block the orders and she said it's at a fee of R40 and there is no guarantee given. I mean, WHAT THE! No wonder all my colleagues do not bank with this bank. I want my money reversed and orders blocked, else I change banks.
