First National Bank
ITS THE SMALL THINGS THAT COUNT

I am a gold cheque account holder with FNB, On Friday 13 December 2013 a debit order for the monthly payment of my personal loan was debited from account. I called the FNB call centre on 0875750091 around 2pm and spoke to the manager Sakhile. We ascertained that my account was wrongy debited, as the instalment is only suppose to go off after my Salary has been paid into my account on the 26th of every month. He advised that the money will be reversed in an hour. I advised Sakhile that I need the money as I need to pay the repairs on vehicle, before 6pm that day (which was totally irrelevant to the fact that he needs to be done). I called back before I left work at 4om and they advised that the debit order will be reversed before they leave work that day. I am disappointed to say that it is Tuesday, 17 December 2013 and the debit order still have not been reversed, I called the call centre to speak to Sakhile this morning and he advised that I give him another hour to find out why the money has not been reversed. I don't understand why such a simple task is so difficult.
