A few months ago Absa put a block on my cheque account, that has been fixed, thanks to hellopeter, now my salary which was paid back to me, shows in overdraft, and Absa has given my account over to lawyers. For what I would like to know. And last month they deducted on my FNB account the full premium of my student loan and not just the interest. I requested that the difference be paid back to me. Absa don't get back to me, I am really disappointed in Absa, been with them for a while, but from last year I've switched banks due to poor service.
