2 Cheques were deposited into my bank account on the 3rd April at ABSA Southgate at one of the tellers. I have the deposit slip with the cheques clearly written on. This was accepted by the teller who stamped the deposit slip verify that it was receipted and received. ABSA has consequently debited my accounted becos one of the cheques has been lost. THEIR OWN FAULT ENTIRELY. WHY IS THIS DONE BECOS THEY LOST THE ONE CHEQUE. CLEARLY AN IGNORANT INCOMPETENT TELLER AND STAFF WORK AT ABSA. I WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED IMMEDIATELY AS THIS IS NOT MY FAULT DUE TO YOUR IMCOMPETENT STAFF MEMBER. SORT OUT YOUR STAFF AND MY ACCOUNT.!!!
