Do not try to put in or follow up on a claim

I accidentally sat on my spectacles. Had to press the button for to cancel your policy, before somebody phoned me back the next day. I now want to follow up on my claim, because I find it very difficult to read or do work on my computer. Phone twice today. Held on for 22 minutes, phone now again, 30 minutes later still nobody. Even pressed the option to leave a message with the receptionist, but do not answer either.
