My sister submitted a death claim to MFC and they gave her papers of which the hospital has to fill in and we must bring back.
we submitted the claim and they charged us for the report. When she submitted the report the person that she spoke to Rosy Joseph came back to her saying that it was the incorrect insurance that she she gave us that papers for and she said that we must pay for the report and they will refund it. Up until today we have tried to call her and thre is no response.
The company that she referred us to IUA also wanted us to submit the claim to them with a same report but different papers. when we did they declined it using the Regent insurance papers. how is that possible and the reasons that they gave are not on the contract that my sister signed.
This is thus poor customer service becauset hey do not stuck to their promises
