Unresponsive call center and slow service

My house got burgled Saturday the 16th of march. Phoned iwyze to report.told to phone claims department on monday. Phoned monday 4 times and all the time no one was answering the phone. I was holding for an average of 15 minutes at a time. Got transferred to message center and left a message to be called back no one called back. Did same process on Tuesday until i finally got someone to call back after holding again for 15 minutes 4 times which is an hour of my time lost.2 hours if i include the Monday time. The consultant phoned and on Friday i received an email saying my claim is being processed. Today is Monday lunchtime and nothing has happened. I have phoned the call center again and after 12 minutes got thru to message center (not consultants) and i have again left a message and she promised someone will call me to tell me what is going on with my claim. Now its 8 days since i lost my property and i still have not received anything from my insurer!! When it comes to their debit order its always on time but i am not getting the same service back. Maybe i should move to somewhere else! I don't feel valued at all, especially after trauma of being robbed and now my insurer is frustrating me
