One of the reasons I left Iwyze was having to deal with people like Emma in the claims department. You phone Iwyze looking for the consultant that is handling your claim and every time you phone your phone gets answered by the same Emma and she refuses to redirect your call to the person handling your claim. I phoned three times today looking for the person handling the claim and there she was blocking me all the time.
The only reason I phone was just to submit outstanding documents and I didn't have the agents fax number. Is it that difficult.
