Poor attitude

I have been to Standard bank pavilion where i rec utterly poor services.
the queue was long and i followed it, the consultant refused to assist me properly because the queue was long. i was doing a deposit of R21 000 FOR ME ITS A HUGE AMMOUNT and i wanted to do it right. i asked him to confirm the account number HE REFUSED. i pre counted the money in R5000 and wanted him to chek in in R5000 each so theres no confusion HE REFUSED. the manager had to come and confirm my account number. the fact that he refused to count my funds in portions was awkward. aswell as the refusal by him to check my account. his whole attitude fr a consultant was not friendly . it would be very awkward to go there again to rec such mal treatment.
