I visited the bank branch to deposit a large sum of cash. I requested assistance from the teller to count the cash &the teller simply refused. I asked her to accept whatever sum of cash that is present and I will accept the sum. But she refused &asked me to come back to the bank after counting the money! I approached the manager but the manager Ms Lewis refused to help & asked me to wait until she deals with other customers. She did not come to assist me for more than 30mins & I was left with a bag of cash in a public area with the entire bank knowing that I have a large sum of money and being an easy target. Then finally I counted the money in full public view and while I was standing in the queue again, I received a call on my cellphone which I answered. After the call was completed, the security guard came&told me that I am not allowed to take calls in the bank. When I asked him where this was written, he said the bank manager said so. When I demanded to see the manager now, she came running to me and instead of helping me, she asked me not to be a "Nuisance to the Bank". She asked me to remove my Turban as it is not allowed in the bank by calling it a helmet & threatened me with police!
