Payment profile not updated on ITC

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and my account is up to date. I recently aquired a copy of my credit reports from Transunion, Experian and XDS.

The payment history on these accounts has not been updated on Experian and XDS and shows in arrears, now this is affecting my credit score drastically all because you people are not doing your job and updating my payment profile regularly on ITC which you should be doing

Please correct with Experian as it shows im 30 days in arrears as also update XDS as it shows my last payment was 2 months ago which is totally untrue

You guys are quick to list people but myself as a good customer of nedbank who pays my accounts each month and on time it seems you dont care as you are getting your money.

Please update my payment profile with all beaureas as soon as possible on as i am applying for a home loan and this is causing an issue
