Approximately 2 weeks ago I was notified of yet another price increase. I submitted an online inquiry asking for an agent/manager to contact me so this can be discussed. Subsequent to this I had the bad luck of having a accident... lord forbid excesses like its coming out of your ears.
Nobody has even acknowledged my email query and the sympathy I got from Dial Direct was basically... sorry for you but tough.
I have 3 other insurances contact me with beter deals but out of pure loyalty I have stayed. Their follow up service/ client care is non existent... this really!! And sorry boet your bucks back bonus is gone... jeez arnt you guys relieved??? Gimme a break!!
