Old Accounts not updated and closed on ITC

I am really disappointed and disgusted

I have recently aquired a copy of all 3 of my credit reports (XDS, Transunion and Experian) and was shocked to see how many accounts for Wonga are still showing as open and active on my credit reports when all of these were paid up and should be closed already

Please update the below accounts which are still showning as active and send request to all beaureas to update as paid up and closed these accounts.

This is affecting my credit score and affordability and this is not the first time i requested this to be done.
