I WAS OFFERED A VALUE ADDED ITEM SCRATCH AND DENT, WHEN I WANTED TO CLAIM, THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT PAY OUT THE CLAIM AS THE SCRATCHES WERE TO LONG
AND TO MANY. I QUESTIONED IT AND THEN THEY SENT ME THE BROSHURE AND TERMS WHEN I COMPLAINED. I SPOKE TO RIA DELI WHO TILL DATE HAS NOT MADE A CONTACT WITH ME ALMOST 2 MONTHS LATER. WHEN I EVENTUALLY RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS I SAW THAT THERE WAS ALSO A FUNERAL POLICY OF ABOUT R69 WHICH IS MORE THAN THE ACTUAL SCRATCH AND DENT PREMIUM, WHEN THE ITEM WAS SOLD TO ME I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT IT INCLUDED A FUNERAL COVER) I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE AND RECEIVE EXECELANT COVER, NO NEED TO TAKE OUT EXTRA COVER) I REQUESTED THE MATTER TO BE INVESTIGATED AND I HAVE HAD NO FEEDBACK. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS POLICY AS I WAS INFORMED THAT BECAUSE MY VEHICLE DOES HAVE SCRATCHES I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE THE POLICY, BUT I WANT A REFUND AS I COULD NOT UTILIZE THIS POLICY AND IT WAS SOLD TO ME WITHOUT PROPER EXPLANATION.
I AM VERY UPSET AT THE FACT THAT THEY COULD NOT HONOR THE CLAIM AS I HAVE HAD THIS POLICY FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS.
