I was sold a Smart insurance policy with my vehicle in January, and tried using the claim process in February and May. The February claim was for 3 separate incidents that i did at the same time, as the policy documents did not state that you could not claim for multiple incidents at the same time. Smart firstly took 3 months to come back to me after the quotation was sent (supposedly they did not receive it the first time!!), and then claim that the value was outside the policy (yet the claim was for 3 incidents). The second claim was for another scratch on another part of my front bumper, which they rejected because i did not fix the first scratch, yet the policy was not explained to me in this way and how am i to fix something if i did not know what was happening with he first claim. This is a pure RIP-off and I don't understand why anyone would take out this policy, as they find every excuse not to pay.
