Three weeks back I enquired from the African Bank Head Office on this number 0861 111 011 about whether I qualify for a payment break and the agent informed me that I do qualify and asked me if I would like to take the break. After she explained the terms and conditions I told her that I have to first make up my mind before I take the break. Last week I went ot the branch in pretoria central to activate the payment break and the consultant informed me that I dont qualify and I have to call 0861115433 for clafication as to why i no longer qualify for the break. I called the number but there was no response and i tried several times still no response. Since I took the loan a year ago my instalments are always uptodate. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! IT IS FAKE ADVERT I SUPPOSE
