I received an sms from African Bank on the 11/06/13 stating that I qulaify for a break in my payments. Yet when I called the H/O to confirm this no one could help. Evenetually i visited a branch and i was told that I do not qualify for a break in my payments. My question is? The ladies in the branch couldn't even tell me why i received the sms and they checked for me and I didn't qulaify for a break. Why on earth would I have received that sms which i showed them by the way... i felt like a and a fool. Do not mislead your customers!!
