FALSE ADVERTISING

I received an sms saying "Congratulations, you qualify for a payment break", but when I called on Saturday, 15 June 2013 and eventually got throuh to them to take up the payment break, I was informed that I did not qualify. I was so upset because that is false advertising and in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. After insisting on speaking to a manager, I was put on hold to speak to Abigail (manager). I explained to Abigail that I will not leave this matter here as they are lying to there customers and putting advertising false information and that they told me that I can have a payment break and I want it!!! Abigail told me that she was going to speak to her boss and call me the first thing on Tuesday morning, as their offices were closed on Monday. It is Thursday, 20 June 2013, today and I am still waiting for Abigail to contact me.
