I really don't understand how Nedbank operate. I made an overdraft application last week thursday. I was informed that my application was approved after i contacted them. faxed back the contract on tuesday and wednesday was faxed the same contract which i signed and faxed back. I then signed and faxed back. when i asked for the status of my application, was told is been approved and waiting salary credit or letter from HR confirming switch to nedbank cheque account. I bank with Nedbank and my salary is been credited to my SAVVY ACCOUNT, which switch are you reffering too? don't you guys have access to my account to verify my salry date and payment. why did you ask for my payslip if you don't take that into account? get your act together and render service as you should.
