NEDBANK FAILS ON SERVICE DELIVERY

I APPLIED FOR A CREDIT FACILITY AT NEDBANK AUCKLAND PARK ON 2013/06/13.
I WAS ASSISTED BY JOHN MHLANGA WHO COMPLETED THE APPLICATION & ASSURED ME THAT MY APPLICATION WAS APPROVED & WOULD CONTACT ME THE FOLLOWING DAY (2013/06/14) TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK.
HE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CHANGED TO ONE OF THE VALUE PACKAGES WITHOUT MY CONSENT, MAKING ME INELIGIBLE FOR CERTAIN BENEFITS ON THAT PLAN AS THEY ARE ONLY FREE UPON SIGN-UP, WHICH WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL AS I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE INITIAL SWITCH OR EVEN ASKED FOR MY PERMISSION.

HE DIDN'T FOLLOW UP WITH ME REGARDING THE CONTRACT SIGNING THEREFORE I HAD TO CALL IN TO FIND OUT FOR MYSELF, AROUND 12H00 (2013/06/14)
HE THEN PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME REGARDING FEEDBACK OF THE APPLICATION AT 13H30, WHICH DIDN'T TAKE PLACE EITHER,
EVENTUALLY AT 14H30 I CONTACTED THE BRANCH MANAGER, JENNIFER TO ASSIST ME, WHO ALSO PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME WITH AN OUTCOME BEFORE THE END OF TODAY.
I WAS ALSO NOT ASSISTED BY THIS BRANCH MANAGER & WHEN I CALLED IN THEREAFTER, WAS REPEATEDLY HUNG UP ON. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED & AM QUITE APPALLED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE RECEIVED FROM A BANK THAT I'VE ALWAYS BANKED WITH.
