Overdraft approved but still waiting

I recently had the pleasure of applying for an overdraft at Nedbank Lakeside mall, a client liaison personnel was very efficient and i had an answer even the same day, I was told i needed to sign the contract before the overdraft could be loaded onto my account, which i did on Friday after noon, on Monday I had to personally make contact with credit department, which the branch couldn't do, and enquire about the overdraft, were I was told that they had not yet received any signed contract. The consultant at the branch promised me she would send the contract before leaving, as she was going on leave and would only be back on Wednesday. She knew the urgency of my application. Now I would like to know from Nedbank, it took 2 day's to get the contract to the consultant, and a further 3day's (bearing in mind that it was over a weekend) and still no overdraft loaded, and in the process I'm charged honouring fees for transactions?
