I am a prestige banker/client, I have had queries addressed to Cheryl a few times and she would get back to me with feedback. On the above mentioned case about issues or arrangement on my overdraft, I have sent several emails to Cheryl and there has been no response, i even called the 0860 number and I waited and waited and waited, no answer. Consultants are always busy on the line.
If we pay extra for the expected "quick service" and end up having to drive/go to the branch ourselves what's the point of being on this type of account then. Elite was even much better cos back then I knew that I had to do everything myself. I'm even thinking of switching to FNB right now due to this kind of bad service.
