Terrible service and and a lack of interest

I have been battling with my card since December 2012 and had 4 replacement cards before i got offered a cheque card which i had to pen a new account for and i waited for 8 days for the new card but between all of this i had to go into the bank to withdraw money and i got charged R45 each time. I had to go in multiple times to set limits and sign papers which should all be done an 1 visit and not (6)! I have been banking with standard ban for 2 years prior to that and applied for an overdraft and the business banker said he Will have an awnser for me within 2days and that he will call me.i went back 4 days later and he forgot about it and said he will do it that day... I went back the week after it still had not been done i was angry! It did not happen i went back the day after and he said it was denied.he then said he was going to type a motivation for a credit card and give me a call in 3 business days which did not happen i went back and he wasn't there i then spoke to the business manager and he said there was no application for either an overdraft or credit card. Went back and told the banker i was going to Fnb and Gcinile said that's fine. This is ridiculous.
