FAULTY ATM COSTS ME TIME AND MONEY

For the past couple of days the qeue at the Parow Centre deposit ATM has been so insanely long, that each time I've turned around and walked away - didn't like it as I had R5000 on my person. Decided to go at 8am today to skip the qeue, but the machine couldn't accept deposits. Went back at 9am (during work hours but thought "how long can it take to deposit at an ATM? ") and FNB guy said it's accepting cash now. Stood behind 4 other people in the qeue. FNB guy tells us ATM is working, but not like it should - it sometimes rejects the money you deposit. Every user struggles with the machine. One guy didn't come right and marched off angrily. I stood there for 25 minutes before I was 1st in line. Lady in front of me just wanted to start when they decided to "service machine" - waited another 10mins for that. Finally I put in my R5000. It kept rejecting notes that were perfectly fine. I had to do 3 transactions before all the money was deposited. In total I was there for 45min and I had to pay for 3 transactions instead of one. Please look into fixing that ATM - it's super frustrating and costly the way it is!
