STANDARD BANK HAS MY FEES

I changed my account from Elite to Prestige banking in February 2013. Prestige banking is supposed to come with a "private" banker. Standard Bank "forgot" to assign a banker to me. They charge me the same rate as a Prestige account, but without the benefits of a prestige account. They have charged for services not rendered. This is.

They claim to be offline since 08 April 2013. They do not return phone calls. They have not refunded my money. The "call centre" and customer care division make you wait at least 20 minutes - then say, "We are off-line" and "All our systems are off-line. You must call back."

The so-called private banker called me from the Glenwood branch. She was rude, unprofessional and refused to listen to anything that I said. She started screaming at me over the phone. This is the type of employee that Standard bank values.

I REFUSE TO PAY STANDARD BANK FOR THIS! THEY HAVE MY MONEY
